NOTE: DELIVERIES are NOT included with this special but are available, and are provided between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm Mon-Sat., however, you may propose a time and we will try our best to honor it. Once this form is submitted you will recieve an email with the cost for delivery, if its outside the delivery area ONLY, since it varies depending on the delivery area.

You will recieve a box with 6 regular cupcakes in 6 different flavors: Vanilla, Chocolate, Dulce De Leche, Red Velvet, Guava, and Nutella. Flavors can not be changed.  Toppers, cards, and additional decorations are extra. Please inquire.
